Tips for the backside of legs - the calf muscles. Or as we like to call them - Gastrocnemius and soleus.
When the leg is bent, or the foot is in an extended position, the calf muscles are more pronounced. When standing still with your legs straight, the back of the knee has a shallow depression. But in real life, this area pops outwards. It's because of the fat pad located right on top of the popliteal fossa.
